4 meals for 2: 1.) Seared pork loin, sweet potato+carrot purée, sauté curried summer squash+toasted pecans. 2.) Basil+ pesto ravioli, bacon, sauté Dino kale+Savoy cabbage, roasted garlic. 3.) Eggplant+cauliflower soup, Italian sausage, seared cauliflower, cheddar cheese. 4.) Mixed green salad, green bean+asparagus, lemon+pepper chicken breast, Parmesan cheese.
