Though he’s known as the owner of Gather and Forge, you can see him as a chef at private catering events in Austin, using different styles of cooking to create unique experiences.
Chef Anthony Nicaj
A long trip across America and a chance encounter with the culinary field led Chef Anthony to take up roles in different restaurants, catering companies, and food trucks before he co-started Gather and Forge. Expect a taste of New Southwestern, Asian, or Mediterranean cuisine when have Anthony.
