We have so much to be thankful for because our amazing and loyal customers!

There is really no combination of words that can express the gratitude that we have for every single one of our clients. When Gather and Forge started out, hiring a personal or private chef was not always the easiest of tasks when it came to availability and user experience. We had a vision and a dream that we would bridge that gap and make it more accessible to more people wanting to hire a chef in Austin, Texas. The sole purpose we created Gather and Forge was to engage in the lives of those that wanted amazing food for their friends and family but didn’t want to go out to get that experience.

If I could give more stars, I would. Chef Ryan is phenomenal. Highly recommended! He’s obviously skilled and offers a wide range of cuisines. If you are looking for a personal chef, Chef Ryan is your guy

Hiring a private chef is exactly that, private. With 6 years experience, we have cooked for so many people that it truly is hard to grasp just how much we have evolved. In the beginning, we had no idea what we were getting into trying to start a company, all we knew how to do is cook. Over the years our focus has shifted and our minds have expanded as more and more opportunity comes along and presents itself. Hiring a chef in Austin has never been easier and we think a large part of that is from the way that we have conducted business over the years. There are obviously hurdles in every business but a personal chef business is quite the animal when it comes to successfully executing the idea of having a stranger inside another strangers home. Through the years, we have seen it all… literally. Which is why we take our experience to the next level and why we try so hard to bring people into our ecosystem that care and want to evolve the profession as much as we do. There is no shortage of great chefs in this town and we want to make sure that we are supporting that by offering them some way to express their creativity. Over the next month we are going to evolve again and push to help more chefs out in these tough times.

Gather and Forge will now become what it was intended to be all along. A place where clients can come to meet the best chefs in Austin, Texas.

As we grew, we faced a lot of growing pains. When we had the dream of becoming the best in the city at what we do, we had no idea that it would end up taking off like it has. There is literally no way that we would have known that tens of thousands of people were going to be looking at our website every year and we especially had no expertise on how to manage that. Along with growing pains comes what inevitably happens…growth. Growth to me should happen relatively organic and it should feel thought out, organized, and with done with intention. A funny way of putting it is that when you are growing the way we have, you have no choice but to roll with the punches, even if you don’t know what you are doing. The most important thing that we always have to remind ourselves is that we would not be anywhere unless it was for all of you, our customers. I have said it before in the blog and I will say it again. THANK YOU from the bottom of our heart because without you this kind of growth would have never happened in the first place. We really are thankful and grateful that you might consider using our services as our intention is to spread the love that the hospitality industry needs here. You all are rockstars and we appreciate each and every single one of you for thinking of Gather and Forge for your personal or private chef needs in Austin, Texas.
